Responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of AIA's information systems and cyber environment

• To provide a structured methodology and lead change management activities for all the production related changes.
• Control and lead the new service transition (go-live) from Project to Operation delivery in Production environment.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the engineering and project team for the smooth production deployment, solution upgrade, enhancements, bug fixes and change to resolve issues within the solution.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams.
• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Should be accountable for the change management activity reports and assess the performances.
• Responsible for driving and managing the CAB meetings.
• Adhere to the Responsibilities detailed in the Incident and Change Process with IPC
• Communicate appropriate updates to the management with the progress and next plan updates.
• Analyze and identify possible problem sources to resolve incident
• Facilitate technical troubleshooting efforts and engages additional technical support as needed, including vendor support
• Point of contact for all Major Incidents
• Responsible for the effective implementation of the process "Incident Management" and carries out the respective reporting procedure.
