The opportunity

We are introducing an Ecommerce & Digital Manager to the team who will be responsible for the resort’s online presence and sales. Planning and overseeing the social media strategy for the resort and deploying required activity in conjunction with the Marketing Executive.

 

The best fit for our business is someone who is strategic and technical; someone who can develop and implement all digital activities to grow and enhance the company's online presence, digital footprint, improve user experience, engagement and site conversion.

 

What we need from you:

• A willingness to learn, love and advocate for this property
• An analytical mindset, focused on driving commercial outcomes for the business
• Understanding of Ecommerce metrics and analytics data
• Experience with Google Analytics and ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
• Ability to draw insights and make recommendations and implement changes to maximise sales, conversion rates, average rates per night.
