Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation of Opera Hong Kong Children Chorus (OHKCC) classes in three centres, including promotion, class structure, fee collection and coach recruitment
• To manage Education and Outreach programmes including Summer Camp, Annual Concert, mini opera/school tour and scholarship
• To manage the operation of music centre in Wanchai
• To develop new projects/ courses/ activities
• Responsible for all indoor and outdoor activities
• To supervise general administration

Requirement

• Recognised tertiary education qualification or equivalent;
• Five years’ work experience or above; preferably with related experience or in related industry;
• Strong administrative abilities and interpersonal skills;
• Good PC skills and well versed with Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in web design is an advantage;
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferable;
• Good interpersonal skill, pro-active, responsible, willing to learn and detail-minded;
• Independent, able to work under pressure;
• Five-day work; willing to work full-day on Saturday.
