The role is responsible in assessing and strategizing culture building and organization health using the engagement activities to ignite employees, managers and leaders.

Develop content and facilitate communication initiatives, employee engagement programs and mechanisms to support culture building and creating positive organization health that will drive achievement of business goals, promote company values and shape a high performing company culture.

Set-up culture and engagement success measures to assess effectiveness of interventions

Culture Building and Positive organization health

  • Know company strategy as an input to culture and engagement direction.
  • Assess organization health on what is impacting culture and use engagement as interventions
  • Conceptualize and implement all major, minor (annual, quarterly, monthly) and ad hoc employee engagement initiatives ensuring consistent communication of the culture messages
  • Prioritize, organize and monitor workflow and resources to achieve on-time and on-target delivery of projects
  • Lead the development, execution and evaluation of employee engagement strategies, programs and initiatives to promote the corporate vision, mission, values and shape the right culture
  • Manage and establish professional relationship with HR Business Partners to ensure support and high participation in campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure post-event activities are completed (e.g. payment processing, development of Knowledge Manuals, documentation, cross-charging, post-communication)
  • Ensure compliance to the annual employee engagement survey cycle, generate reports for surveys and post-activities, provide survey analysis

Implementation and Roll-out of Engagement and Communications Programs

  • Create a culture and engagement communication plan to build desired culture aligned to organization vision/mission/strategy
  • Align all communication content, materials and correspondence to desired culture for release company-wide such as but is not limited to announcements, articles, briefings, and reports sent through various internal communication channels
  • Assist in the execution of communication strategies, focusing on pre-production work such as copy writing and editing, script writing, and other content development activities
  • Collaborate in conceptualizing and developing communication strategies for employee engagement activities
  • Assist in the implementation of employee communication of activities, which includes documentation of employee activities

Employee Communication

  • Develop employee communication and organize activities such as roll outs, company meetings, focus-group discussions, employee activities, etc.
  • Do company research activities which includes data gathering and research writing
  • Maintain liaison with the different teams in the organization
  • Write communications  for org-wide announcements
  • Develop governance of internal employee communication and manage all internal communication channels

Education/Experience:

  • College degree in Organizational Human Resource Management or any Behavioral Science course
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in driving major and complex org-wide change initiatives, in a supervisory or 3-5 year in a managerial capacity
  • Should have strong program management skills to plan and drive change plans with strong focus on communication and engagement at different employee levels

  • Excellent English and Filipino communications skills
  • Knowledge in human resource, organizational development and change management
  • Knowledge in employee engagement strategies and programs
  • Knowledge of communication theories and strategies
  • Writing skills, focusing on creative writing and business writing
