This position is part of Skunkworks team focusing on fast paced innovation across the domains such as EV, Industrial systems & avionics. This team will work on product & technology development related to power conversion systems such as DC-DC, UPS, Grid tied Inverters, Traction Inverters, required for EV, stationary, and avionics domain. Team is expected to have significant interactions with senior leadership & cross functional team to mature projects from ideation to Industrialization. The incumbent shall, Own the complete execution of program delivery as per the development cycle Develop work packages and sprints carry out other day to day activities for running of program to ensure first time right/zero defect delivery. Liaise with internal teams and act as single point of contact of issue tracking, resolutions, bringing technical expertise for review. Consult with SMEs (specialist), while carrying out tasks & ensures outcomes are as per “definition of done”. Oversee the deployment of systems & solutions in close cooperation with various stakeholders. Develop reports, such as MSR, WSR, Burn rate, etc. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Grow your skills in the areas of program management for electrification of drivetrain domain. To carry out people management, to deliver the projects (technical, mentoring, & review) with first time right mindset. Evaluate and optimize the processes needed for delivery of projects for first time right delivery. Required Skills: Program and project management for multi – domain, multi-function, multi skill projects. Competency management for people and projects. Budget and lab management for delivery of solutions and systems as required or part of program delivery. Proposal development experience in the field of “electrification of mobility sector” Qualifications Qualification: Required: Masters' degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering from reputed college with 10+ years of experience. Desired: PMP and/or MBA in the field of business development/innovation Proven experience of program for industrialization of various hardware systems pertaining to Fuel cell, Chargers, UPS and other key areas pertaining to “electrification of mobility sector” Proven experience in team mentoring and management Proven experience in managing delivery of projects worth more than 2 million USD. Knowledge of standards and processes & its application in the field of “electrification of mobility sector”.
