Job Description
Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Marketing team to execute the effective marketing strategies, focusing on events, sponsorship and campaigns that are outlined in the marketing plans- Monitor daily operation of the event team
- Manage team resource to achieve best result of each project
- Continuously improve performance of the team by properly allocating team resource and enhancing relationship with related business parties.
- Team management
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
At Least 8 years related marketing and communication experience- At least 3-5 years specifically working on event organization.
- Bachelor degree or above, ideally majored in Marketing, Communication.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong coordination capability with different stakeholders
- Effectiveness analysis ability
- Passionate about marketing and event planning
- Strong attention to time management, task completion, accuracy and details.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
- Good people management and project management skill.
- Good experience in video production is a plus
