Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Business Marketing team to execute the effective marketing strategies, focusing on events, sponsorship and campaigns that are outlined in the marketing plans
  • Monitor daily operation of the event team
  • Manage team resource to achieve best result of each project
  • Continuously improve performance of the team by properly allocating team resource and enhancing relationship with related business parties.
  • Team management
  • Other ad-hoc tasks


Requirements


  • At Least 8 years related marketing and communication experience
  • At least 3-5 years specifically working on event organization.
  • Bachelor degree or above, ideally majored in Marketing, Communication.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong coordination capability with different stakeholders
  • Effectiveness analysis ability
  • Passionate about marketing and event planning
  • Strong attention to time management, task completion, accuracy and details.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.
  • Good people management and project management skill.
  • Good experience in video production is a plus
