• Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring AR (Account Receivable) performance – review GSSC AR reports and support the resolution of disputes and other issues with commercial and operations teams
• Ensure compliance of statutory and tax reporting requirements – coordinate with auditors and tax advisors, resolve accounting and tax issues
• Supervise management reporting process – review management reports to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process and exercise proper budgetary controls
• Monitor the performance of GSSC and KPC in the delivery of AP, disbursement, cashiering, cash management and collection services, and work with the center to resolve related issues
• Banking - work with banks to establish relationships, resolve pricing and performance issues
• Review and approve contracts, purchase orders and invoices as finance approver
• Implement and maintain adequate internal controls for corporate governance and policy compliance.
• Provide business support to Logistics commercial and operations teams in resolving business issues and evaluating projects and contracts
