You will be responsible for:

• supporting management in the business unit planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
• preparing and maintaining robust financial and cash flow modelling;
• implementing performance scorecards and KPI measures to monitor and track business results;
• preparing regular management reports and analysis by venue, by business unit, by division, by function;
• assisting in the periodic business reviews; and
• supporting the development of appropriate systems for reporting and analysis, as well as the enhancement of ERP and other ancillary systems.

You should:

• possess a recognised university degree with professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline;
• have a membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants or equivalent;
• have at least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting or auditing, preferably gained in a large organisation;
• have a good understanding and be familiar with the public sector in Hong Kong will be a plus;
• have good knowledge in ERP systems, financial modelling, business controls and management reporting;
• have detail-minded with strong analytical skills and critical thinking mindset;
• have the ability to engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders;
• have excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills; and
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
