Position Overview: In this role, you will be joining our Finance Technology team within the Operations Finance & Transformation function. As a member of the Finance Technology team, you will be embedded within our finance function to drive increased usage of modern technologies that will complement and enhance our existing financial systems landscape. In this function you will: Executes project scoping and prepares compelling business cases. Leads enterprise finance technology implementations, providing expert level support often directing and managing more junior level team members and providing oversight to 3rd parties. Independently implements high complex finance technology solutions to meet desired business objectives Audits high-complexity financial processes and makes recommendations for improvements via technology, automation, or standardization. Partners with internal audit to implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with financial policy and security & controls standards Manages the governance of finance technology. Responsible for expert level technology solutions and system configurations Able to understand and drive regional, divisional, and enterprise solutions Supports end-to-end processes and has a strong level understanding of system touch points. Is responsible for the user interface standards and implements overall look and feel of the finance technology products. The ideal candidate: Interacts with senior level leaders at a global level. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience (finance, data, IT, or reporting analytics) High-level skill in Excel required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
