This finance and marketing position is your starting position in our early education company. As the company is a growing and ambitious company, you are expected to grow as a person and as a valuable member of our team. This means that, when growth expectations are met, you will be able to take on a position in our management team within 1 year after starting with this job. The type of MT position can vary and depends on your skills, knowledge, ambition and passion. The options are Manager Marketing, Business Development, Operations or Finance. As we are a growing and flexible company with a large sister organization in the Netherlands (600+ employees), opportunities will arise faster than you would expect!
In a growing and ambitious international ‘startup’ your job has a broad responsibility. Your working areas are mostly Finance and Marketing and a little HR. Regarding your first priority finance, you are responsible for the monthly bookkeeping/filing/taxation, annual audits, reimbursements, banking, performing foreign capital injections, invoicing and issuing of fapiaos. Also you will be making forecasts and maintaining the local P&L. In the HR field you manage the payroll, IIT payment and the social insurance and housing fund organization. Also you assist in protecting our intellectual property and helping out with translations and interpretation.
Next to the above mentioned tasks, you will work on various marketing related projects that will contribute to the further development and growth of our business. As this is a startup where you can prove yourself to grow into a key role in the company, you are a broadly interested hands on professional that will take initiative. Even though your key responsibilities lie in finance, you are welcome to explore and expected to be active in multiple company disciplines.
Finally, you are part of the Orange Panda International Daycare team, for whom you also perform some financial assistance. You work with a majority of international colleagues and everything is done in English. Requirements
 Native Chinese speaker who is fluent in English
 2-5 years international working experience
 At least a bachelor degree with a major in finance and accounting
 Preferred knowledge of Shanghai financial and HR standards and tax regulations
 High level of reliability, accuracy and responsibility
 High level Microsoft Office skills
 Good at working under pressure and taking initiative
 Flexible, ambitious, independent and creative
