Manager, Financial Applications
In collaboration with the Director, Financial Applications, the Manager, Financial Applications will provide oversight of key financial applications around standards, implementation, and innovation; including providing business requirements for interface requirements, vendor escalation for issues, and vendor management. They will oversee application usability, quality control, regional specificities and legal or new requirements.

What you will be doing:
- In collaboration with the Director, Financial Applications, assume responsibilty for maintaining Infor Sun Systems – Cloud based application
- Collaborate with hotels and HUB business partners to identify opportunities and solutions to meet their needs. Ensure that issues coming through the Helpdesk for hotels in the region are dealt with in a timely manner
- Assist in the technology support of the Central Accounting Services.
- Assist in managing relationship with vendors related to Financial Applications.
- Assist in managing and liaising with consulting group that is tasked with providing technical and training support.
- Assist in facilitating successful solution adoption and implementation;
- Assist in facilitating the quality assurance process for new releases and enhancements.
- Ensure that brand standards and practices are understood and adhered to in the region as it pertains to Technology
- Maintain documentation and contribute to technology services knowledgebase.
- Deliver application training
- Participate in the execution of IT projects (Global & regional initiatives)
- Provide support to corporate and hotel users during critical reporting periods (month-end, budget season, etc.)
- Be part of being the single point of contact for financial application escalation with the central services (Paris), 3rd party vendors and suppliers
- Perform other duties as required.
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Finance or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communications required (verbal and written);
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, and maintain a positive reputation.
- Organized, proactive and innovate with the ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Your team and working environment:
- Based at the North & Central America Regional Office in Toronto, Ontario, this position is part of the NCA Regional Technology team
