Eaton’s Corporate Division is currently seeking a Manager - GFSS Accounting & Compliance to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Relocation assistance will be offered. Position Overview: Primary areas of responsibility include: Functional system ownership of global Accounts Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS) tool; coordinator and owner of ARCS global support team; manage GFSS and ARCS metrics including global dashboards; Ensure accurate and timely completion and review of designated global GFSS account reconciliations (e.g. AP; AR; IC AP and AR; several cash accounts and related clearing accounts). Oversight and coordination of Payroll COE in Cleveland and Queretaro. Support SOX 404 and 302 compliance for GFSS. Support GFSS related internal and external audit requests and related metrics. In this function you will: Functional system administrator of Account Reconciliation Cloud Services (ARCS) -- Eaton's global account reconciliation system (including Danfoss instance of ARCS). Manage and guide ARCS global support team. Manage, analyze and maintain ARCS Monitoring Dashboard, including ensuring Eaton's overarching monitoring control for account reconciliation completeness across the enterprise. Prepare monthly ARCS GFSS metrics and quarterly ARCS sector metrics. Leads process improvements of ARCS system and related processes. Perform ARCS Control related activities (access reviews, risk ratings, profile audits, etc.). Lead ARCS communications and training activities. Manage and coordinate process narrative reviews with GPLs and process owners for updates to Workiva. Responsible for preparing GFSS global quarterly Letter of Representations. Participate in cross functional process improvement activities within GFSS, providing process, control and accounting guidance to ensure compliance. Direct manager of 3 employees. Indirect functional management of 15 ARCS power users. Coordinate quarterly data extracts for Audits. Supports internal/external audit and SOX requests for GFSS. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from accredited institution 7 years of progressive finance experiences and overall leadership experience on process improvement initiatives and projects. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred qualifications: Solid understanding of US GAAP and Internal Controls. 7+ years of progressive finance experiences and overall leadership experience on process Experience in implementing and maintaining systems/software (SAP, Oracle, ARCS as primary systems) Excellent communication skills and ability to work through complex issues, provide solutions and deliver timely results.
