Job Description

As a Manager Affiliate Networks you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the strategy for our Affiliate Networks partnerships at Booking.com.

This role is ideal for a seasoned and energetic online advertising professional with leadership flair and the ability to motivate others while being passionate about driving overall growth of market share and innovation. It is important to have a strong analytical insight, combined with solid business sense and excellent communication skills.

You are well experienced with managing a highly motivated, dynamic and diverse team of (senior) advertising specialists and should be efficient, organized, adaptable and capable of working independently, with limited supervision.

The Global Affiliates Networks team is focused on driving scalable, global advertising campaigns through a range of B2B platforms such as CJ Affiliate, Awin and Admitad.

B.Responsible

  • Develop, coordinate and execute the strategy for the Affiliate Networks segment
  • Work with teams across the business to define and execute a prioritized backlog of tasks and manage projects
  • Analyze performance data and translate this into tactics to achieve maximum results
  • Research, identify and implement opportunities that expand our advertising scope globally
  • Design, implement and execute global policies and procedures
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure proper balance between quality, velocity and cost
  • Monitor, research and report findings on market developments in the travel industry
  • People manager for team of Marketing (S)Specialists
  • Manage large and complex research projects to accelerate and optimize business; evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the implications of alternative sales, marketing, and business development strategies;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at our largest Partners
  • Balance the liquidity, profitability and growth for this highly scalable segment

B.Skilled

  • 8+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Media buying, Product Management
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment
  • Bachelor/Masters's degree in an analytical focused field such as Economics, Engineering, Science, etc
  • Solution oriented and result driven
  • Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
