Eaton’s Corporate Division is currently seeking a Manager, Global Rewards Program to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Hybrid remote work available. Position Overview: This position is responsible for strategically defining and managing Eaton’s global rewards programs including variable compensation and recognition. In this function you will: Responsible for the design, development, communication, and governance of Eaton’s global variable pay philosophy Develop, advise and support the processes to conduct variable pay plan effectiveness evaluations Develop Eaton’s recognition strategy and effectively manage the global recognition program and service anniversary program Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Eaton’s reward and recognition technology platforms including Human Capital Connect and E-STAR Oversee the administration of Eaton’s annual global awards calculation process as well as analytics and reporting related to variable pay plans and rewards & recognition programs (e.g., E-STAR, service awards, etc.) Partner and negotiate with key suppliers to ensure rewards and recognition programs are competitive, cost effective, innovative and align with Eaton’s strategic objectives Provide consulting/expertise to HR Leadership, regional and sector compensation on compensation topics/issues Develop, deliver and maintain compensation and rewards & recognition-related education and communication programs including presentations, seminars, webcasts, and websites. This includes identifying training needs within the HR function and developing and delivering programs to address those needs. Develop and distribute global profit plan guidance for rewards and recognition related programs Partner with Accounting, Tax and Law departments to effectively account for plans and assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Lead global/cross-functional project teams as necessary/appropriate Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s in business, Finance, HR or related field Knowledge of and experience with compensation practices especially incentive pay plans 7+ years of pertinent business experience No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood,OH will be considered.
