Objectives:
  • Work closely with China BU leaders and Head of Regional HR, support them to translate business priorities and organization needs into people and HR initiatives by collaborating within HR community.
  • Support Regional HR to develop, plan, conduct, evaluate and administer talent management measures for Asia Pacific
  • Main Tasks:
  • Support Greater China/VP Business Management and Regional HR to implement specific HR initiatives/strategies, execute specific measures, support related communication; proactively identify organization needs and provide appropriate HR solutions at country level. Ensure implementation and review effectiveness
  • Support Greater China/VP Business Management and Regional HR on talent development in the country unit based on business and operational needs, including related discussions (e.g. succession planning, talent review), support unit’s candidate management. Discuss with unit leaders to identify learning & development needs and, if applicable, demand for customized solutions
  • Support Regional HR in annual manpower planning at country level. Proactively track and monitor unit manpower
  • Involve in external hiring for positions critical to the unit. Source internal candidates
  • Ensure high performing culture by supporting the China leadership team and Regional HR on performance management discussion/calibration and annual salary review
  • Support in analyzing of talent management and pipeline requirements. Take into account the company strategy, business needs, market and people development specific requirements
  • Proactively support development, design and implementation of talent measures
  • Develop systematic analytics; continual monitor and evaluate the efficiency of talent management activities
  • Systematically track talent acquisition cases, report out liner cases and, if needed, step in to support for results
  • Benchmark people development tools and methods continuously and proactively. Foster linkage with learning solutions
  • Manage relevant talent management data and systems
  • Support Regional HR projects as assigned
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related discipline
    • Working Experience: 5-8 years’ in Human Resources management in MNCs, experience as HRBP preferred
    • Good interpersonal communication skills, organizational and cultural awareness
    • Strong business affinity and acumen, experience working with management
    • Strong team player, proactive and able to incorporate diverse needs in implementation
    • Entrepreneurial and customer focus with strong drive to steer HR solutions
    • Proficiency in written and speaking English
