Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To implement manpower plans, source and initiate appropriate programmes for superior’s consideration in support of efficient and effective attraction of talents

  • To assist in developing and implementing programmes and activities to enhance employee health and well-being, as appropriate

  • To work with the insurance brokers and the related service providers of various benefits such as MPF, medical and dental, group life insurance for the daily administration of the benefits

  • To perform checking and monitoring to ensure payroll related processes in HR Section such as accurate input of staff records/movements in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) are properly carried out

  • To prepare ad hoc human resources management reports and data analysis and take part in the HR related ad hoc projects 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a business or similar discipline, preferably with formal training in Human Resources Management

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in human resources field in established organization with proven track record in working independently 

  • Familiar with Employment and other related Ordinances

  • Hands on experience of PC operation and knowledge of common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio  

  • Knowledge and experience in Tableau and HR analytics will be an added advantage
