The Job
The appointee’s major duties will include the following:
- To assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing HR policies and programmes;
- To assist in recruitment project and manage the entire cycle of recruitment process, including identifying effective recruitment channels for sourcing candidates;
- To assist in compensation and benefits functions and projects, such as system enhancement projects, staff insurance renewal exercises, pay structure / annual salary adjustment review exercises; and
- To participate in ad hoc human resources initiatives and projects as assigned.
The Person
- A recognized degree, preferably in human resources management, or equivalent;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in human resources management, of which at least 4 years should be at supervisory level, preferably gained in sizable organizations;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Well versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
- Good analytical, organization, problem-solving, project management and people management skills;
- Mature, flexible, customer-oriented and a good team player;
- Strong computer skills an advantage; and
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
Remuneration Package
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and relevant experience. The appointment will be made initially on a 9-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal of the appointment, subject to operational needs and staff performance.
