Responsible as the key account for HR topics to the business, especially towards the Line Manager’s.
Consults and co shapes the business strategy from a HR perspective.
Ensures that all the relevant HR Processes are applied, e.g. Pofo, Succession Planning, SALBON. Feedback to relevant HR department if process changes are required. Support of Process design if required.
Contact partner when it comes to disciplinary actions and steers the processes, aligned with IR/ER.
Implements Talent Management concept’s and programmes in the market.
Develops HR strategies and policies within the local context in line with the long term and short term corporate HR strategy. Ensures alignment with BMW Group guidelines and practices.
Develop and implement a clear and well-defined strategic plan for talent management, coaching & mentoring and retention.
Develops & communicates the organizational development plan, in terms of workforce planning to business units for better alignment with HR business unit plan.
Directs the development and recommendation of HR programs and policies which are designed to maintain the company's competitive position in the industry.
Supports the personnel administration (including payroll accounting, recruiting). Prepares personnel cost planning.
Supports the development of progressive and proactive HR marketing and recruiting concepts that positively impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the workforce in the market and realizes corresponding activities.
Supports personnel management concepts (grading, compensation, working and management structures, HR guidelines).
Steering of HR Topics and projects in implementation and roll-out phase.
Provides leadership and consulting support (to the management team).
Supports labour relations activity including overall labour strategy, negotiations and interpretation of the collective bargaining agreements.
HR International Business Consulting: Global Mobility Consultation including the development and optimisation Global Assignment strategies and processes (secondments and assignments).
Direct and ensure all human resources processes in the areas of recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management and labor relations in order to create a company culture of employee engagement, satisfaction and retention for Plant Rosslyn, NSC and NFSC.Minimum requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
5-8 years Managerial experience (preferable within a multinational company).
5+ HR generalist experience within an international manufacturing environment.
General industrial and employee relations knowledge, including communication and building sound relationships with the unions and employees.
Experience in the automotive industry (HR) would be beneficial
