Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director (Corporate Services), the incumbent will assume the following:
- Supervise the Human Resources & Administration Department
- Formulate human resources strategy in attracting, rewarding and retaining talents for the TIA
- Manage the Department in handling human resources matters, e.g. recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and performance management etc
- Devise, implement and review office policies and procedures and update the relevant documents as and when required
- Provide support to the TIA Board and the Corporate Services Committee in developing recruitment strategy, performance review mechanism etc
- Oversee and handle the general office administrative support for the Executive Office and manage the reception service
- Perform other duties as assigned by seniors
Requirements
- Holder of a university degree with not less than 8 years of work experience in human resources and administration work, of which not less than 3 years is at manager level or equivalent
- Good command of written English and Chinese

- Responsible, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently in startup environment
