Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the performance of data analysis for Human Resources Division
- To provide support to the efficient operation of the Human Resources Division by streamlining the practices and procedures through technology
- To manage the performance and enhancement of the existing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR and Administration systems
- To prepare for the procurement and implementation of a new human resources management system to meet divisional and corporate needs
Requirements:
- Degree holder in humanities, computer science or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations
- Proven track record in using technology in enhancing the efficiency especially in human resources and administrative functions
- Strong data base set up and data analytical skills; preferably in related to HR data
- Hand-on experience in using Tableau, and/or preparing mobile application is preferred
- Previous experience in implementation of human resources management system and electronic document management system is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
