Responsibilities:

• Drive product development with cross functional team and vendor in partnership with design/Product Development
• Compile, analyze, and input information into PLM to deliver a comprehensive technical pack including measurement charts, sewing specifications, and BOM
• Evaluate all types of samples: Concept, Proto, Fit, Size set, Wearer trial, Seal, PP, Shipment, with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis
• Timely identify & resolve mass production impracticalities
• Determine grade rules for all styles including pad grading
• Handle sample inspection and sample approval
• Recommend the process simplification & cost saving alternative options
• Seal pre-production sample
• Handle mold cup and plus size garment development
• Advice on complex product items to factories before & during the manufacturing process
• Check patterns, specifications & construction, and plan on quality
• Build relationships with Vendors to understand and support their technical capabilities
• Be responsible for all technical issue of garments
• Create and uphold SOP set in place internal and external within the company
• Lead communication with cross functional teams and global teams
• Participate in global projects to create and define new SOP and best practices

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Bra development
• Diploma or above in Technical Design
• Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
• Ability to guide vendor and suppliers in order to transfer raw innovation ideas in to practical fit & functionality enhancements
• Ability to act as a technical resource and to mentor others, lead initiatives and project teams
• Strong pad development knowledge including mold head correction, grading, foam pad data/testing and manufacturing capabilities
• Advance knowledge of bra development process from inception through production including pattern making, grading, construction, manufacturing & machinery
• Knowledge of paper pattern
• Strong problem solving skills and result driven communication.
• Ability to be a team player and foster a commitment to teamwork with other associates
• Ability to work with multi-cultural, multi- lingual, multi-time zone business partners and counter-parts
• Understand aesthetic & technical direction of product to guide best product realization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Ms Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Knowledge in PLM/PDM, CAD Pattern Design software (Optitex/Browzwear) is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Chinese is an advantage
