Responsibilities:
- Manage IT team and external vendor for IT security assessment, vulnerability management and data protection.
- Manage the IT security policy and revision.
- Ensure the IT security governance and IT security policies are followed by the IT team.
- Operational support with IT teams and external vendor.
- Work with the team on new security requirement and regulators.
- Manage cyber security related projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum six years' professional experience in information security or related fields
- Possesses active qualifications in information security. CISSP, CISA and CEH in active status a must. OSCP an advantage. Other widely-recognised qualifications in information security will also be considered.
- Sound knowledge in IT security and compliance concepts, architecture and controls. Knowledge and experience in NIST Cybersecurity Framework and SSDLC a definite advantage.
- Good understanding and experience of technologies related to cybersecurity, like SIEM, SOC, web application security, dark web monitoring, vulnerability scanning (Nessus), penetration testing, malware analysis, etc.
- Ability to monitor, spot and act swiftly upon potential threats in various news channels, like vendor newsletters, mass media, social media, discussion groups, dark web, etc.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
