Job Description
Position Summary
- Your focus will be industrial control system security of automation technologies within J&J’s manufacturing plants in ASIA.
- You will help drive adoption of security standards and new security capabilities into plant operations.
- Your key responsibilities will include reviewing operational security assessments, application assessments, and working with our partners (e.g.: Supply Chain Product Line Leaders, and Engineering) on risk mitigation and generating security awareness on modern best practices in security.
- Your scope will be Asian manufacturing plants and an approximate 10 – 20% of travel time will be required to support manufacturing plants on location as necessary.
- This role can be based in either Singapore / China / Japan office location
Approximate Percentage of Time - Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- 30% - Be responsible for the oversight and assessment of risk management processes within manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT) systems to identify and track risks, recommend solutions, validate remediation plans, and facilitate implementation and remediation.
- 20% - Work with key technology and business partners to conduct periodic security assessments and develop an ongoing process to monitor compliance of manufacturing systems with organizational security policies, standards, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- 20% - Be the liaison for ISRM for assigned manufacturing locations, identifying critical needs and leveraging the larger ISRM organization to fulfill such needs as necessary
- 10% - Ensure that technical teams and business leads have sufficient guidance when implementing applicable security requirements for manufacturing systems.
- 10% - Shape - participate in external industry / sector organizations helping to shape industry standards and best practices as they relate to security of manufacturing systems as well as influence internal J&J manufacturing security policies.
- 10% - Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Network Security / Information Security/ Risk Management/IT required.
- Certification in Cybersecurity related field for Automation, Control, and SCADA Systems or similar, and/or certifications or degree demonstrating manufacturing operating technology expertise.

- Track record of working within large projects and handling multiple contending priorities.
- Experience in working with multi-functional teams and driving influence to achieve desired security outcomes
