Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director (Corporate Services), the incumbent will assume the following:

• Supervise the Information Technology Department
• Devise and oversee the development and implementation of IT systems, including the email system and a system for supporting the licensing and regulatory functions of the TIA and oversee the takeover of the Electronic Levy System
• Develop and implement applications and services to align with the needs of the TIA
• Oversee the development of the TIA’s website
• Supervise the work of the outside vendors for any IT duties outsourced
• Perform other duties as assigned by seniors

Requirements

• Holder of a university degree in information technology or related disciplines with not less than 8 years of relevant work experience, of which not less than 3 years is at manager level or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge and abundant experience in networking services and IT infrastructure
• Good command of written English and Chinese
