Position Description: At Lenovo, Professional Services are in important part of providing our Customers both solutions and business outcomes.  Professional Services helps enable the strategies of both our Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) and our Solutions and Services Group (SSG).  Services will help our Customers design, select, setup and adopt technologies with a decreased time-to-value. Responsibilities: • Lead the Data Center Group Professional Services business for the Americas region • Accountable for performance against budget collaborating with the Sales leadership on execution. • Manage the overall Business Management System which includes status of pipeline, signings, and delivery • Accountable for the efficient scheduling and delivery quality of professional services engagements • Develop delivery capability with Lenovo delivery team, and Partner delivery network. Activities: • Manage billable utilization among staff • Develop, train, and hire talent to support growth • Support critical situations and technical problems encountered during service-delivery • Work with services, sales, and product teams to align with GTM strategy development. • Build and strengthen business relationships with Customers and Partners. • Coach consultants in solution-selling, proposal design, and presentation efficiency • Help sales develop new accounts and penetrate new markets • Support sales with complex opportunities by providing advice for solutions to business requirements • Develop a clear and executable strategy for new service-product offerings with clear definition of GTM An ideal candidate will experience working with both Sales and technical delivery teams in the proposal and subsequent delivery of contracted deliverables.  The candidate must demonstrate evidence of past experiences where they lead teams in the development, enablement, sale, and delivery of service products.  Specifically, demonstrable a record of accomplishment for introducing new service-products into the IT market, executing business development plans, increasing pipeline, closing meaningful business, and delivery of an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.  This leader will need to communicate status of projects or initiatives to senior management internally. #### Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: •10+ years' experience in IT services consulting or IT services delivery • 5+ years' experience managing IT consultants or personnel delivering IT services •Experience with service-product selling •Understanding of the competitive IT landscape, including both traditional and new types of infrastructure Preferred Qualifications: •ITIL or PMP certification •Experience with service-product development and enablement •Experience with Business Partners, Value-add Resellers, and Suppliers in service-delivery value chain We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
