Responsibilities: 

• Oversee risk and control management for the company.
• Assist management to propose operational improvement and programs for continuous transformation of the company.
• Supervise a small team in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.
• Formulate the methods and strategies for system/operations review.
• Planning and organizing internal audit for the company.
• Review the operational procedure/guideline for each department and work with department in preparation of operational manuals and work guidelines.
• Plan and organize relevant staff training;
• Liaise with external certification body for ISO and relevant standard certification;
• Handling internal and external complaint. 

  Requirements: 

• Degree holder in business administration / construction / engineering or relevant discipline, with recognized internal auditor certificate.
• Min. 5 years relevant working experience in managing quality issues and preferably in construction / engineering industry.
• Proficient in relevant international standards in quality.
• Good leadership and supervising skill.
• Can work under pressure and independently.
• Proactive with good analytical and organizational skills, good communication and negotiation technique.
• Proficient in MSOffice application.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.  

Working hours Mon – Fri : 8:30am – 6:00pm, alternate Sat : 8:30am – 5:30pm
