We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Your tasks:

• To lead / manage the Hong Kong coordinator team, in addition to taking Investment team support coverage.
• Manage any issues or concerns raised by the team, knowing when to escalate when necessary.
• Provide formal and informal feedback, supporting and providing guidance to the team.
• Allocate coverage responsibilities and resource planning for the team.
• Ensure team is updated, briefed and equipped adequately with any new application rollouts such as MV2, Insights for infopaks,
• Ensure team are kept up to-date on latest policies or any division or firm wide initiatives.
• Manage and lead on selected project work when required.
• Compile new starter schedules, printing manuals and desk coordination.
• Supporting Manager in identifying and improving working practices, maximising team efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with regional team leads.
• Some flexibility on hours may be required.

Your profile: 

• Experience in leading a team would be preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in financial services organisation.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, pleasant manner but assertive, confident, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to manage daily tasks and special projects is critical.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through skills.
• A good team player who understands the dynamics of working in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to quickly pick up knowledge of the business and use this knowledge to make judgements on key issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good analytical skills.
• Must have a high proficiency level with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or other dialect would be advantageous
