Primary Job Function:

  • Implement the organization's training and development strategy so that the skills and performance of employees meet the organization's current and future needs.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct all training and development activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
  • Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees.
  • Develop an overall training plan to meet the current and planned HR requirements of the organization.
  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.
  • Liaise with area managers to develop and implement training and development plans that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the overall training strategy.
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with internal consultants, training managers as well as business leaders to meet development needs.
  • Manage area’s training budget and report out monthly on status.
  • Manage area metrics and provide monthly and quarterly analysis.
  • Participate and at times manage annual regional and global goals.
  • Adhere to the data governance process to ensure accuracy, deliver data in a timely manner plus tell the regions story and strategy.
  • Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in the industry sector so the organization’s training activities remain relevant.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of training professionals.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. Master’s degree in L&D, OD or related field preferred


Minimum Experience / Training Required:

  • 7 years of progressive learning and development experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, org design, training, leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management. 
  • Experience working in large, complex global organizations.
  • Experience in large professional services consulting preferred.
  • Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
