- Planning and Improving of layout concepts, line supply concepts, processes with other departments such as quality, engineering and production.
- Organization of implementing new parts from external part suppliers
- Organization of product documentation (Bill of Material)
Management of Empty Containers
- Planning of packaging
- Ordering of packaging
- Steering of empty container volumes and returnable to suppliers.
Organizes daily work of the subordinate team
- Leading of a Team
- Set goals and assesses goals achievement for own team
- Decide in candidate selection process and ensures proper on-boarding of new employees
- Education: University degree in engineering sciences with a focus on logistics / production or comparable training
- Experience: Several years of experience in the field of logistics, experience in project planning, project management and control of complex processes, experience in managing employees.
- Language knowledge: Polish and German, some level of English is preferred
- Computer skills: SAP, MS Office
- Self-reliance, results orientation, ability to work in a team and in an autonomous way
- Experience in greenfield is not required but ‘nice-to-have’
- Proactive nature, highly motivated, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
