Manager, Loyalty Marketing Experiences

Reporting to the Director, Loyalty Marketing, North & Central America, the key objective of this role will be to lead the experiential programs that contribute to the growth and performance of ALL - Accor Live Limitless in North & Central America. This position will develop, plan and execute the different opportunities that fall under the ALL Experiences platform and will also build the marketing initiatives that support them.

What you will be doing:

Experiences

  • Work with hotels to develop, coordinate and execute Limitless Experiences, Dream Stays and in-hotel Experiences
  • Work with partners and third parties to negotiate and acquire ticket allocations/VIP access to key events in NCA
  • Manage all member details associated with each experience (i.e. pre/post communication, coordinate stay details, transportation to/from event etc.)
  • Oversee all aspects of theALL experiences e-commerce platform for redemption –content creation, page builds, experience loading etc.
  • Assist in coordination of all prizing and stays associated with annual 31 Thank you campaign
  • Manage the relationship with the Fanatics Group relating to the “All-in-Challenge” to facilitate ongoing reservation requirements with hotels
  • Lead marketing initiatives for experiences including email, social/blog content, display ad campaigns
  • Liaise with central teams to market global experience opportunities in NCA –e.g. PSG opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Partnerships team to create posts, stories or live stream during onsite events
  • Manage financial aspects of all Experiences
  • Maintain ongoing internal communication for all Experiences
  • Manage experiential partnerships i.e. Fever

Marketing

  • Assist with maintenance of regional website content for ALL
  • Contribute to campaigns and promotions as needed, including creation, set-up and post-mortem campaign reporting
  • Work with E-commerce to develop content for ALL member emails
  • Work with teams in Paris as required to ensure successful deployment of all campaigns and promotions
  • Manage ALL - Accor Live Limitless social presence to grow follower base and engage with existing followers through day-to-day management and content development for ALL social media accounts

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the hotel or service industry with strong background in event planning and execution, concierge services, direct & digital marketing.
  • Hotel operations background would be considered an asset
  • Hospitality, Marketing or Business related degree
  • Strong understanding and experience with relationship/loyalty/CRM, marketing theory/practices/tactics, digital/email marketing
  • Project management skills with ability to plan, prioritize and execute initiatives
  • Experience in managing a loyalty program
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions based on disciplined quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills

Your team and working environment:

  • Based as the Toronto Regional Office, this role will work within the North & Central America Region Loyalty Programs Team.

Note:  Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position
