This exciting role offers opportunity to: 1.State the primary function or overall purpose of your position. To define and implement product strategies, manage product portfolio, pull/push sales force to optimize sales/ profits/market share for the data center solution product line for the Critical Power Solution Division (CPSD) across Asia Pacific. The Product Manager will work closely with sales, commercial marketing, marketing communications, operations and channel partners to communicate and promote Eaton’s products, technologies and services. He/she will be an expert in their assigned channels and markets and understand key influencers that drive purchasing decisions. 2.Meet the sales and profit targets of the solution product line and other related products across the APAC. A. Develop new products/markets/channels, drive product positioning, and execute product marketing programs to achieve profit plan. B. Analyze market pricing and propose price positioning for new products C. Implement marketing programs to drive volume significantly up to gain market share while reducing the cost of acquisition of new customers. D. Constantly identifying business opportunities, market segment, application for existing products and new products E. Define strategy to collect win and loss analysis to understand key decision criteria and opportunities for improvement F. Perform periodic reviews of competitors’ products, positioning, channel strategy and price/cost positions to determine key opportunities and selling strategies. Articulate customer needs into product specification (VOCs) G. Interface with other PQ operations in Asia to elaborate the global roadmap H. Work closely with souring team to identify potential suppliers for OEM/ODM brand labelling I. Coordinate global platform and act as the APAC product representative for APAC requirements Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, major in engineering. 5+ years related experience in engineering, marketing, sales, or similar role within the data center industry Experience with UPS, power distribution systems, cooling, battery or energy storage systems. Experience with channel and/or OEM sales Experience with product application and market Fluent in written and spoken English. We make what matters work.
