• Ensure OSD formulation assets’ availability and reliability
• Scheduling, implementing and completing breakdown, planned and preventative maintenance activities
• Providing sufficient technical support to meet PET’s demand
• Scheduling, organizing, implementing and finishing process equipment’s introduction, improvement as well as profession project
• Building up, maintaining and improving maintenance system
• Creating and keeping in touch with equipment manufacturer
• Lean maintenance

Management          

• Performance evaluation of maintenance person
• Providing technique guidance to maintenance person
• Improving maintenance person’s skill in a way of coaching
• Thoroughly solving problem through PPS method to find out root cause
• Spare parts and cost management

Project management

• Process equipment modification and improvement
• Support site level project
• New process equipment introduction
• Modification related equipment for supporting process improvement
• Tracking related engineering modification and repair
• Providing TPM/5S guidance to operator
• Standardize project management and ensure delivery through AZ PMF and other Lean tools

Standardization work

• Issuing and updating SOPs related on process equipment maintenance within OSD formulation
• Keeping spare parts data integrated
• Keeping equipment documentation and backup software integrated
• Issuing KPI of maintenance
• Ensure maintenance standard in place and continuous improvement by using standardization work

Establishing and keeping good relationship with other teams
