1.       Responsible for production process in Test(BI,MT,ST) and BOP(Back End) area

2.       Developing team to high level of performance, and set proper KPIs for team members

3.       Use Lean, Sigma methodology, breakthrough and optimizing process for OTD/Yield/UPH+/CAP and OEE+.

4.       Develop & implement process control and quality controls to ensure high quality standards.

5.       Develop for Lights-Out and automation operation, lead intelligent factory, great to better.

6.       Cross function teamwork at TFT, SGA, 6 Sigma projects, to be a leader or supporter, make it happen to achieve company’s goal

1.      Bachelor or above, major in industry engineering/MBA is preferred

2.      With 8 years around working experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test industry

3.       Rich experience & skill in process and quality control, such as FEMA+, ZDM, Lean master  or  6 Sigma GB is preferred

4.      Excellent problem solving skills with deep dive analysis ability

5.       Good collaboration ability and team-working

6.       Good communication (written and verbal) in English, and interaction & presentation skills
