The Manager, Marketing Operations – Imbruvica serves as the main point of contact between their assigned business unit and other stakeholders in the end to end procurement process. They provide operations and finance support including process guidance, invoice approval, issue resolution, and request tracking. As a manager, they may have one or more direct reports, will be accountable to ensure process adherence and consistent levels of support across the team, and will provide leadership on process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with the policies, practices and procedures Build and maintain relationships with Stakeholders (assigned business unit, Procurement, Contracting, Purchasing, IT, Legal, Tax, AP, AR) Direct focus and resources to align with business strategy and needs Responsible for suggesting process efficiencies for financial payments process and other team activities to build continuous improvement culture and optimize organization performance Participate in cross functional discussions related purchasing systems (architecture; standards, data management, solution set development, integration, system development, change management, training support, and 2nd level support) as needed Provide support to the Vendor Management process including management of the end to end invoice process, Administrative Check Requests (ACRs), Vendor Master system, and related activities in financial systems such as Supplier Relationship Management System (SRM) and SalesForce. Maintain daily support of financial payments (invoices). Supports and/or facilitates payment solutions for/from assigned business unit staff and external business partners. Receive invoice/payment requests, determines the appropriate compliant solution and facilitates and/or executes payment. Partner with assigned business unit staff, vendors, Finance, Corporate Disbursement Operations (CDO), Iron Mountain, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC). Follow the Administrative Check Requests process and ensures accuracy. Troubleshoot financial PO challenges elevated by assigned business unit staff and/or vendors. Use multiple systems/software tools (SRM, GEMS/SalesForce, Vendor Master, Magellan, SharePoint) to capture, read analyze and report pertinent data. Manage and track contracting operations for external / customer facing initiatives such as Health Care Professional (HCP) Speakers, HCP Consultants, Thought Leaders, Sponsorships, & Conventions as well as contracts for Business Analytics & Insights and Market Access vendors Is responsible for compliance documentation including needs assessment, annual plan, agreement requests, and other electronic filings. Track, monitor, and report and variance to process flows. Lead and coordinate meetings and touch points with key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 6+ years of professional experience, experience in finance, accounting and/or contract processing preferred 4+ years experience project management, people management experience strongly preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word Highly self-motivated, detailed and results-oriented; able to manage own schedule, work independently, and track activities and expenditures Strong organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and planning skills.
