You manage of a group of 11 skilled individuals and together you ensure compliance with our contract with Banedanmark. The role This recruitment is a replacement for Thomas who is our new Head of Customer Service and you will report to him. You lead a team of 11 service technicians and maintenance managers where most are stationed in Ballerup. The group is mainly handling one contract, the S-bane, including maintenance of the new signal system (CBTC). As this means passenger trains, there is a 24/7 365-days support that circulate within the group. You ensure employees are continuously developing both themselves and the solutions. In doing so, it is crucial to never lose focus on employee well-being.
