  • Provide support and assistance to the Director of Merchant Strategy & Performance by Developing a framework for working rhythms/cadence and information sharing with all verticals, with credit analytics, credit merchant sales, credit merchant marketing, and credit sales enablement.

  • Analyze and prepare materials/content for leadership and/or merchant verticals on KPIs, trends and insights related to key merchant accounts and partnerships, as well as for leadership and/or business reviews, as needed as well as support merchant specific deals.

  • Provide management and executional support to initiatives associated with the strategic development across merchant sales and marketing verticals; measuring progress, tracking critical initiatives and providing updates as needed

  • Develop ad hoc reporting from Salesforce or other Sales CRM systems

  • Compile, extract, and analyze data needed to inform pricing decisions

  • Prepare and socialize competitor market research on a recurring basis with the Credit Sales business, distilling and providing summarized insights and recommendations

  • Inform CSM organization and proactively identify optimization targets for credit full funnel integration

  • Ensure sales compensation reporting accurately reflects the impact that the distribution of Consumer Credit is having on merchants and PayPal.
