AbbVie Canada is looking to connect with Multi-Channel Manager talents to join our Customer Excellence team. The incumbent will be based in Montreal. Are you looking for an exciting full-time career opportunity, where development and high performance are valued? In this role, you will work in tandem with another Multi-Channel Marketing Manager. You will partner with many cross-functional stakeholders and provide subject matter expertise and strategic support to Brand Teams in the development of their Customer Experience Flow and Communication plans by segments with Multi-Channel and Digital initiatives. The initiatives will be implemented by the different In-Field Teams (IFT) in the organization. In collaboration with Brand Teams, Advertising, Business Technology Solution (BTS) and Customer Excellence colleagues, you will be a catalyst to the AbbVie Canada digital transformation. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to understand and keep pace with relevant multi-channel/digital trends in the marketplace and proactively advise Senior Leadership on potential application and opportunities for commercial and medical IFT. This role will report into the Marketing Excellence Lead, Brand Excellence capability team and will work closely with Commercial, Medical and Customer Excellence colleagues to ensure the enablement, sustainability, and evolution of in-field Multi-Channel Cycle Plans. Key Responsibilities Include: Create and drive the Multi-Channel and Digital strategy across the organization. Provide expertise to Brand Teams in developing, rolling out and maintaining their Multi-Channel strategic communication plans. Provide guidance and support on Multi-Channel content generation while incorporating customer insights and communication preferences into the communication and engagement plan, leading to the development of an appropriate Multi-Channel Cycle Plan. Responsible to drive physicians’ consent. Support Brand Teams in creating the multi-year Multi-Channel tactical plan. Support the development and implementation of Customer Experience Flow per customer segments, in collaboration with Global. Engage and collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (Commercial, Medical, BTS, CEx, Advertising) to effectively move forward Multi-Channel and Digital technology initiatives. Provide business leadership for Multi-Channel technology initiatives simultaneously serving as the primary point of contact/liaison between Local (Commercial and Medical) and Global Multi-Channel Capability Team. Drive enhancements to existing in-field Multi-Channel Cycle Plans. Establish “best practice and sharing” platforms to share leading practices across the organization. Work closely with Data Analyst colleagues to maintain utilization metrics/value measurements for Multi-Channel and Digital initiatives and comparative impact of different channels used by the IFT. Analyze data, observe trends, and report and evaluate the success of initiatives/channels. Conduct assessment and interviews with internal stakeholders to identify learning gaps and provide recommendations to the Learning department to close gaps. Qualifications Education/Experience Required: More than 10 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Commercial. Experience in pharmaceutical Marketing Minimum of 2 years experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, preferably with Veeva. Minimum of 2 years experience in development of Multi-Channel plans and development of Digital technologies including Mass emails, Rep-Triggered emails, Interactive Visual-Aids, Veeva Engage and videoconferencing. Bilingual (French and English) Montreal-based Essential Skills & Abilities: Track record of successfully driving change and delivering results Work in a high performing matrix organization. Proven self-management; able to manage workload, set personal and colleague priorities and adjust as needed. Demonstrate leading/inspiring change with positive outcomes by achieving results through people with no direct line management responsibility. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills. Resourceful and creative — must bring fresh insights to a dynamic business environment Ability to establish mutually productive and positive and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
