In keeping with this, the successful candidate will report directly to the National Campus Operations Manager and will support national operations to deliver the PwC Campus Recruitment strategies. These strategies will bring to life PwC’s brand as the ‘Employer of Choice’ and create awareness of the vast opportunities PwC has available to students.
As a member for Campus Recruitment Operations, you will:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Communicate with recruiters and business to understand their reporting requests;
- Collect data from different teams for the purpose of building reports and analysis;
- Develop data report template and structure to meet recruiters and business needs;
- Develop analytical insight reports for stakeholders for various purpose;
- Communicate and respond to the questions about the usage of report and analysis to maximise the results of campus recruitment programs and alignments to business needs;
- Maintain up-t0-date records of the talent database and update the reports with related stakeholders on a regular basis.
System & Process System & Process
- Familiarise with HR system (eg. Workday), support team leader and work with internal or external technical team to ensure the localisation and implementation of the global recruitment system;
- Act as a focal person to liason with internal recruiters and external technical team to address system issues;
- Take action to understand campus recruitment working process, develop process flow maps and guidelines for various campus related activities;
- Review existing process, identify process improvement needs and suggest recommendations to campus recruitment team;
- Partner with Service Delivery Center to ensure process stays in scope.
Budget Plan & Control Budget Control
- Assist team leader to prepare budget plan;
- Keeping tracks of areas of spending in various campus activities;
- Identify ways of cost saving and to make recommendations when necessary;
- Maintain reports on team spending to ensure the team operates within budget.
Additional Support
- Support national or regional recruitment team on various events and activities as necessary;
- Manage day-to-day campus recruitment operations including, but not limit to, reporting, process alignment, recruitment best practices and HR System maintenance;
- Assist team in development and implementation of campus recruitment team engagement strategy.
Reports to and works with the National Campus Operations Manager
Partners within the China/Hong Kong Campus Recruitment Team and other HR functions
- Degree background in Business/ Marketing/ HR preferred;
- At least three years recruitment/HR experience, ideally in campus recruitment;
- Expert user of excel and reporting with good knowledge of PowerPoint and data manipulation skills;
- Experience in data analysis and develop insight reports based on data collected and analysed;
- Strong project management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects;
- Ability to set and consistently meet project milestones and successfully manage multiple work streams in a fast paced environment and manage project stakeholders;
- Ability to understand campus recruitment psychometric/assessment tools;
- Strong team working ethics but also able to work autonomously.
