This is what truly matters to us. The Point-of-Care (POC) business develops and sustains systems for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) instruments for point of care and laboratory medical testing. Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as the Head of Operational Excellence for POC R&D. This position is part of the POC PMO leadership team and reports to the Head of PMO. As the Head of Operational Excellence POC R&D you will be responsible for: Managing a team of up to 10 individual contributors driving continuous improvement and productivity initiatives across global R&D and providing agile coaching to the development teams. Defining and owning the OPEX strategy for R&D Defining, maintaining and owning the product development process (PDP) Close collaboration with the Design Quality Assurance team to ensure the PDP is in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations Ownership and continuous improvement of R&D IT tools, like Team Center, Azure DevOPs, Tempus and others Ensuring project teams in R&D continuously improve in how they perform.
