The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible to drive and implement operational efficiency and productivity improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvements

Job Description:

• Determine operational objectives and improvement opportunities by studying business functions; gathering information; construct workflow charts and diagrams and evaluating output requirements
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members and vendors to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with group or in-country teams to deliver projects that aligned to organisation strategic business objective.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Provide guidance and assistance to peers should situation require

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements

Job Requirements :

• At least 3-6 years working experience with at least 3 years associated experience in Project Management, Change Management or Business Analysis
• A track record of been results focus, strong influencing skills and tenacity in driving projects
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma tools for process improvements, eg: VSM (Value Stream Mapping) is desired
• Ability in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and equipped with data visualization techniques and tools
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / AGILE certification is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
