Position Description: * Will be responsible for leading the Production  planning functions that allow to supply high quality finished products  on time and without shortages. *To workout capacity and  resource planning base on forecast and demands. *Need to oversee management of the planning team by translating the forward-looking sales forecast & Orders on hand into a production plan and capacity utilization. *Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the customer demand. *Develop and maintain monthly and annual production metrics *coordination  with the stores and material planning  function to ensure kits  / materials are available in time to meet production plan . *coordination with the material sourcing and planning function to solve supply chain issues and determine longer term strategies. *Need to ensure clarity and availability  of production order for manufacturing as per capacity. *Coordination with Sales , order fulfillment and Materials team for smooth order execution. *Identifying projected shortages and collaborating to avoid the shortage and reduce the impact. *To  communicate with internal teams and order fulfillment / sales team  to ensure clarity in addressing and resolving order issues. #### Position Requirements: *Bachelor's (ETC or Mech) or Master's degree with specialization in  supply chain management, production planning  with 12 -15  years of experience in overseeing Order execution, Production Material and Capacity planning functions *Hands-on experience about order management tools/processes/systems with sound knowledge of SAP system. *Good knowledge of engineering materials and production processes. *Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment. *The Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and ability to learn more and be flexible.
