Marketing & Corporate Communication
Key Responsibilities
  • Create internal and external communications range from corporate and marketing collaterals, press releases, CEO presentations, newsletter, etc. in both English and Chinese
  • Responsible for award applications for the Group, including the drafting of relevant submission documents
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors and PR agency on production of publications, video clips and organizing of media events
  • Monitor media coverage, disseminate the daily news clippings, maintain media database and being the key coordinator with journalists and handle media enquiries
  • Maintain and update information on corporate website
  • Provide support in investor education initiatives and promotion of CSR events
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Communications, English, Translation or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in writing, editing and dealing with mass media, preferably gained from agency
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (Native level in English is preferred) and Chinese
    • A proactive and dynamic person who is comfortable working with the senior management
  • Preferably with knowledge of MPF / investment fund / finance related areas
  • Proficiency in computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word-processing
