The opportunity:

We are looking for the position of Manager, Partnership Engagement to plan and design sales activities, customers’ engagement and Blancers’ engagement initiatives

and promote Blanc brand (PD) and adapting AIA brand promise to bank partner and customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engagement activities organization

• Set the yearly plan including sales and customers’ engagement activities, monitor and control it within the department budget and promote Blanc brand
• Set up event concept, provide direction in terms of event planning, budgeting to increase the engagement for internal PD team and top management of bank partners
• Plan and deliver marketing activities for launching new product or new initiatives

Communication development

• Adapt and create communication plan for PD & enhance AIA image at bank partner's branches
• Organize channel communication and develop communication for PD to support sale & recruitment
• Be the access point for the team to drive and advise on the development of the communication strategy of AIA VN & AIA group and supervise on its implementation

Promote Blanc and AIA brand

• Coordinate with channel marketing to promote visibilities at partner outlets
• Leverage & adapt AIA brand as key differentiation to PD channel & bank partners to drive branding and corporate marketing activities and ensure brand/design consistency as well as increase brand awareness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (major in Marketing)
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field with strong background in business management, product & platform development
• Exposure to marketing & social tools and other emerging technologies
• Stakeholders influencing and critical thinking
• Advanced communication skills
