As a Manager Patient Device Tracking you will manage all aspects of Patient Device Tracking applicable for domestic market, ensuring patient devices are registered on time with accurate information and on time ID cards delivery. Assures that the quality of service of the PDT team meets the internal and external customer requirements. Provides functional management for the team, including goals, projects, feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. Promotes a process of quality compliance continues improvement and coordinates solutions for technical and personnel issues. Ensures employee compliance with divisional policies, procedures and practices.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

  • Develop and implemented quality assurance strategies and regulations.

  • Assess potential risks, ensure compliance and gives recommendations.

  • Takes responsibility for all quality assurance aspects of the process.

  • Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections when required.

  • Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization’s quality standards.

  • Oversees compliance with domestic and international registrations related to the device patient registration of medical devices.

  • Manage effective Quality Metrics and define and execute activities to resolve decreases in performance.

  • Hires and retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provide ongoing performance feedback. Maintains a safe and professional work environment.

  • Complies with U.S. Food Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements company policies, procedures and task assignments. Provide information reports as requested. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors and vendors.

  • Trains and coordinate quality training for staff in patient device tracking functionality and any other essential technical know-how. Responsible for quality and accuracy of information provided to regulatory bodies, internal stakeholders and clinicians.

  • Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Services policies, procedures and wok practices with the intent of preventing or minimizing exposure to self or colleagues.

  • Incorporate business policies and procedures into task completion. Understand the business needs of the company and has knowledge of the customer of our business.

  • Develops direct reports by assigning progressively challenging task, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews.

  • Monitors daily work operations and provides directions and guidance to lower-level supervisors or skilled non-exempt staff to achieve department goals.

  • Set goals which align to PDT plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering or Operational field such as manufacturing or quality process related or any other related science.

  • 10+ years of experience in quality functional roles desired with a minimum of 5 years of quality management responsibility.

  • Strong skills in strategy, team management, and process enhancement.

  • Team leader skills required for proper team and cross-functional coordination.

  • Require highly developed leadership skills/experience in analytical/problem solving, statistical knowledge, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Strong leaderships skills, including experience setting goals, providing positive and constructive feedback and improving business results.

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal and written communications, and with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
