Job Description & Summary

Project Delivery:
  • Lead and drive People&Organization (P&O) consulting projects
  • Lead and drive business results for clients in Financial Services (FS) Industries
Business Development:
  • Drive business and develop new P&O projects
  • Develop and cultivate FS accounts & Clients

Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years HR consulting experience (8+ years for Senior Manager), working in leading HR consulting firm is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university, MBA is preferred
  • Preferable Industry: Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Financial Holding Company
  • Professional Knowledge and experience:
  • Master of Consulting methodologies and frameworks
  • Master in compensation and benefits design or performance management,
  • Experience in Capacity Model is a huge plus
  • Preferable project experience with state owned enterprise or private enterprise
  • Familiar with dynamic and development trend of certain industry
  • Familiar with the industry best practices
  • Proven Capabilities to take the stream lead role of midsize projects
  • Internal/external industry resource network
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin
  • Good project management skill, multi-tasking ability to manage multiple project at once
  • Confident and mature with ability to build new client relationship while maintain current clients.
