As the Accounting Manager you will be responsible for 3rd party finance processes for the Siemens Healthineers Customer Services business line. You will lead a team responsible for purchase orders, supplier invoices and customer billings while guiding the Customer Service organization on the associated operational process. The Accounting Manager works with their team to develop, refine, and automate processes while ensuring the accuracy of books and records. Job Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of 6 Drive efficiencies through automation Develop and maintain internal controls over accounting process Responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting data & the daily accounting operation to include: 1. Issuance of purchase orders for service organization; internal and external 2. Payments to service suppliers 3. Customer invoicing associated with third party invoices 4. Supplier invoice disputes and payment reconciliation Ensure the integrity of monthly accrual and prepaid entries Liaison with various internal departments and suppliers Support quality processes, internal audit, department process updates and postings Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of supplier purchasing/payment functions SAP Strong data analysis Intermediate to expert excel experience Strong people management skills including good listening, performance management, motivating and empowering others Thinks critically, takes initiative, and has a commitment to quality and detail Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education/experience. 3+ years supervisory experience 5+ years accounting experience Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
