We are looking to hire a highly motivated equipment & process engineering manager who can lead the team towards making great microarray products for our customers. You will be working on multidisciplinary projects across the globe to stabilize and improve the manufacturing engineering operations.
What will you do?
- You will lead and build an effective team of equipment and process engineers.
- Set clear goals and roadmaps for KPIs.
- Coach and develop the team to handle complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Review and establish process controls and monitoring systems.
- Create a culture for continuous learning and improvement opportunities.
- Drive engineering excellence and implement best-in-class engineering practices.
- Engage with Global Technical operations team to develop engineering solutions.
- Provide engineering support to address customer issues.
How will you get here?
- Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material/ Chemical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing teams, with 10-12 years overall experience in equipment engineering.
- Process engineering background is desirable.
- Background in life sciences or semiconductors industries is highly preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must-haves:
- Statistical Process Control methodology
- Familiarity with ISO9001
- Systematic problem-solving tools and methods
- Supervisory/management skills and track record
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and build strong work partnerships
- Setting a culture of accountability and ownership within team
- Proactive and have the initiative to drive and get things done ahead of plan
- Effective problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
- Design of Experiment
- Total Productive Maintenance experience
- Exposure to ISO13485:2016 environment
- High fluency in spoken and written English
