Responsibilities:- 

• Work closely with different divisions and teams across the organization to understand the current work processes and know the Critical-to-Quality and compliance requirements
• Measure the existing processes and metrics, analyze the processes with merit and demerit and present results with data support
• Redesign, simplify and improve the work processes of the organization
• Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
• Implement sustainable improvement plan with proper controls to improve our operational efficiency to fuel our growth
• Review and assess the quality and effectiveness of the internal controls of the organization
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures for monitoring internal controls  
• Act as a change agent in the adoption of a collaborative problem-solving culture throughout the organization, driving measurable benefits
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- 

• University degree preferably in Business, Engineering or Quality related disciplines
• Minimum 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience
• Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management Qualification or related experience
• Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA or CISA is a plus
• Track record of cultural change experience in major organization
• Able to establish value proposition and make professional business presentations
• Solid experience to liaise with all relevant parties including IT or Business and work with business stakeholders
• Passionate for driving the well-being of Hong Kong’s economy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate with staff of different levels
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented and enjoy connecting with people
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position
• An initial of 2-years contract will be offered to the successful candidate
