Responsible for conceiving, developing, implementing, supporting, and enhancing life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and products

• Identify trends and insights that lead to product ideas that uniquely satisfy unmet needs
• Contribute to the creation of AIA’s pipeline that meets business and consumer needs (including new products, renovation, new packaging, and commercial innovation).
• Leads the discussion for new product development with management level including actuarial, marketing, sales, legal/compliance, operations, and IT personnel.
• Support product conceptualization and development with compelling proposition and high competitiveness.
• Recommend design concepts, underwriting conditions and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones
• Support product submission to regulator and Group office.
• Coordinate the launch of new product/initiatives.
• Support in developing product contents for marketing / sales materials including brochures, leaflets, and other product communication related materials.
• Work with Training department to develop & deliver required new product/ technical training.
