Lenovo is looking for Product Marketing Manager to take our UDS platform to the next level.  The Lenovo User Device Services Software Platform (UDS) is a transformational, cloud-centric software platform, developer portal, and open ecosystem of services-led solutions all in one. UDS is a secure development and delivery platform for the software and services that will shape what’s next.  It’s a global ecosystem of applications, partners and customers that creates a perpetual and ever-expanding cycle of development and innovation. And, it’s a portal to a community that allows developers to focus on creativity and innovation, decreasing development time and cost. In this role, you will guide the Go to Market development that sets the vision for how our customers, partners and developers will grow with UDS.  You will understand our customer needs and translate those into requirements that drive future development. You will interface with key stakeholders across sales, development, monetization, marketing and the executive team with a clear bias to the voice of our customers and partners.  You will work to evangelize this vision in and outside of Lenovo. #### Position Requirements: Experience Required: • Development of market segmentation and targeting to define the market opportunities • Ability to assess and define the business case for these opportunities • Experience building market requirements, marketing plan, sales enablement plan, launch plan, and solution white papers • Experience creating product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with the buying audience, including creation of marketing briefs that communicate the value, messaging pricing • Experience serving as market-facing subject matter expert (SME) for the product portfolio • Ability to run customer validation and establish process for win/loss analysis and evaluation. • Experience in building competitive analysis that helps position for growth • Ability to provide direction and mentoring to guide the product marketing staff in its day-to-day activities Qualifications Required •  Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. •  7+ years of Product Marketing or similar experience for software products/solutions. •  3+ years of experience managing a team •  Experience with Agile software development (familiarity with JIRA / Confluence preferred) •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal •  Experience driving complex software solutions that requires influencing cross-functional teams. •  Strong analytical and problem solving skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
